Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased through www.watchnbuy.com, please contact the Merchant in question directly for information on product returns or refunds. If you and the Merchant agree to a refund of the purchase amount in question, please notify us accordingly at sales@watchnbuy.com. After receipt of confirmation from the Merchant that it has agreed to provide you with a refund, we will issue a credit on your credit card for the amount of the refund agreed to by the Merchant. The credit should appear on your card within sixty (60) days after 2BC, Inc. has received confirmation from the Merchant that it has received the product from you. If you submit a request to the Merchant for a refund or product replacement, and you have not achieved a satisfactory resolution with the Merchant, please contact us at sales@watchnbuy.com, and we will attempt to facilitate a resolution with the Merchant.


Damaged items must be reported to the Merchant in question by email or telephone call within five (5) days of receipt. Damaged items should then be shipped back to the Merchant in question pursuant to the Merchant’s damaged product return policies.
